Shipping
All National shipping will be carried out by USPS, unless requested otherwise. Signature is required & automatic insurance is applied up to drop-off location as determined by purchaser.
International shipments will be handled by USPS or other private enterprise. Customs & Duty Fees are to be handled by the buyer at site.
Product(s) are insured up to the total value of item(s) purchased.
It will be the responsibility of the buyer to be available for deliver of package. Tracking number will be provided by sender to buyer.
JP Designs LLC or its subsidies are not liable for mailed packages left on site(porch,garage,bedtruck, etc; Signature is always Required by seller party.
Returns
Once signature is received, buyer will be responsible to notify us in writing (Email) within 24hrs. Any disputes will need to be accompany with detailed pictures of the perceived damage(s).
JP Designs LLC specifically states that we are NOT going to color-match your motorcycle. We are selling you a custom one-of-a-kind product that are handcrafted in Indian Country/USA.
The selection of minerals/materials or any other substance will not be grounds for a payment refund: only an exchange of the item itself, minus shipping.
Your selection of materials does not constitute your right to a refund; we will do what we can to make it work for you.
Restocking fees will apply at our discretion: Once we have your item in our possession & we will then/can determine the cause of perceived damage.
ALL Original box(s), contents, packaging & other related items will all need to be STAMPED as returned within 5 business days, or buyer forfeits any legal recourse as determined by law.
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees/duties/imports.
SHIPPING return- the return shipping box MUST be a new nondescript box according to shipping company standards. You are to secure the original ordered contents within the JP Designs LLC box properly sealed. If not: this will be automatic grounds for denial of refunds/returns or any other related issue(s)
Tracking number must be provided by buyer/shipper to JP Designs LLC. via email
